Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange your lesson booking.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or if you don't arrive for your lesson will be charged in full without exception.

Please ensure that you cancel any lessons as soon as possible by phone - call or text - on 07899941509 so we can offer the available slot to fellow riders. Please do not message us on Facebook to cancel as we may not see this in time.
